Not sure what you mean? Looks like you've managed to embed the YouTube link just fine...?! What you could do instead, is to upload an (representative) image of/from the clip, highlight the image in the post-editor and then assign a URL link (like you would with a piece of text) to the YouTube vid. I don't know if that's what you're asking or why you'd want to do that. Sorry if that's not helpful.
